Maybe you remember, in one of the stories from Zola, the students of the College raised a rebellion against cod in red sauce and beans in white sauce? As a result, they began to serve under the white cod, beans with red sauce... the Students, of course, do not achieve it... But it seems to me, beans with red sauce is much tastier :) I Invite you to explore my option for winter harvesting. Beans turns tender, sweet, beautiful and bright.

Soak the beans overnight.
In the morning cook the beans for 40 mins on medium heat.
Tomatoes (to peel: pour boiling water after which the peel is removed very easily), onions, peppers (without core), carrots cut into medium pieces, so it was easy to mince.
First you need to twist the carrot and onion, put the vegetables in a roasting pan, add oil, saute for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, you need to twist the pepper, add to vegetables, simmer for another 5 minutes.
Grind tomatoes to add to the other vegetables. Season with salt, add sugar. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Now to the red sauce you want to add the beans and cook for 40 minutes on medium heat. Before remove from heat - add vinegar. Immediately roll in jars (sterilized). Out of this number of products I got 7 bottles of 0.5 liters.
Beans have a delicate, sweet taste, lots of sauce, very flavorful. Such beans can be served as a separate dish, and can winter in the soup add, it turns out very tasty and smell great. I think we can and this burrito beans to cook, adding Chile; and lobio, and paella, and the Bulgarian Bob chorba and even Hungarian "Yochai", so an outstanding work :)
