Today my family ordered for dinner schnitzel with salad, and I've already spotted an interesting recipe "package". Tasty, juicy and very juicy did it! Like all - me, husband, and daughter... join us for dinner!

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Schnitzel in old Bavarian


Step 1

On the one hand to lubricate each schnitzel with sweet mustard and other creamy horseradish.

If You have only sharp hell, it should be diluted with sour cream in proportion 1:1, i.e. 2 tsp horseradish + 2 teaspoons sour cream.


Step 2

Dip the steaks first in the egg and then in breadcrumbs.


Step 3

Fry until Golden in hot oil (or lard).


Step 4

Preheat the oven.
Grate hard cheese.

Ready schnitzel put in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 170*C for approx. 15 min.


Step 5

Serve with a salad.
The Bavarians recommend to garnish potato salad.
We prefer green.
