Blueberry muffins, poppy seed and white chocolate

Congratulations to our talented apprentice named Tanya (Ttshka) happy birthday and as a gift - these delicious cupcakes which we all loved.
Ingredients for Blueberry muffins, poppy seed and white chocolate
- Blueberries - 150 g
- White chocolate - 150 g
- Flour - 275 g
- Sugar - 225 g
- Baking powder (baking powder) - 1 Pach.
- Mac - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 125 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Yogurt - 150 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Blueberry muffins, poppy seed and white chocolate
Blueberry/blueberries washed and dried.
Measure out the ingredients for cupcakes.
Join "wet" ingredients: whisk oil, eggs, yogurt (or kefir).
Join "dry" ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, poppy seeds and 75g chopped white chocolate.
"Wet" ingredients to add to the "dry" and mix well. Add 100 g blueberry/blueberry.
Put the dough (at 2/3 volume) in paper molds, which are placed in the form for baking muffins.
Bake in a preheated 200*C oven for 20-25 minutes.
Muffins are ready remove from the oven and put to cool on a wire rack.
Melt white chocolate in a water bath (I heated in the microwave at minimum temperature).
Decorate the cupcakes with melted white chocolate and put fresh berries on top.
