Step 1

Carrot and lemon skip through Mincer and add fructose, sorbitol, and sugar. I did the fructose, it makes the cookies softer and it takes too long to get stale.


Step 2

Blend butter with sugar and add egg.


Step 3

Gradually add the flour and slaked soda or baking powder, mix with carrot-lemon mixture and knead nekrutoe dough. The finished dough to put in the cold for 20 minutes.


Step 4

With the help of cookie cutter cut the biscuits and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
