RUB cheese on a coarse grater.
Not much roll out the dough and cut into strips with a width of approximately 3 cm.
Spread on strips of cheese so that the edges of the dough was empty.
Fasten the dough on the edges so that the cheese could leak out once melted.

Put it into the preheated oven for a few minutes. Then take it out and grease the surface with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Then re-send the cake in the oven until tender.
