This cheesecake can also be called "Yummy for stroinski" low-calorie treat. Mmm... sweet, sweet banana-cheese souffle, melting in the mouth. Recipe is proof that healthy eating can be not only useful, but incredibly tasty. Another plus of this dessert is that it is not costly and easy to prepare.

Here are all the products we need for cooking our wonderful dessert. I want to say that cheese can take any fat. Apple juice can be replaced by any others according to your taste. Yoghurt you can also use any.
First, pour the gelatin Cup cold water, stir and leave to swell for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, noise cookies through a meat grinder.
Gradually pour in cookie juice, stirring first with a spoon and then knead by hand like dough. Juice can go a little smaller. The dough consistency should resemble plasticine and easy to warm up hands.

Curd skip two or three times through a meat grinder. If you use a spreadable cheese, the chopper is not required, and the structure of the dessert will be even sweeter.
Two bananas grind in a blender to pulp.
Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, egg white, banana pulp. Mix well, preferably with a mixer. You can optionally add sugar. I added only one tablespoon, because I do not like too sweet desserts.
Should get here is a mixture in consistency resembling low-fat sour cream. To this mixture, a thin stream pour gelatin, which is heated, without boiling, until complete dissolution of grains. In this case, I decorated the top with slices of banana, grapes, chocolate chips and cinnamon. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours to have a good froze.
