Ingredients for Zucchini "Hungarian"
- Black pepper
- Lemon juice - 1.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Zucchini - 500-600 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Zucchini "Hungarian"
Zucchini cut into thin slices.
In a deep pan add vegetable oil and then when it warms up a bit, the zucchini. Add in the zucchini and lemon juice. Fry, stirring, 4-5 minutes.
Then add to the zucchini finely chopped onion. Fry until soft zucchini.
Clean and grind the garlic. To add to our meal.
Salt the zucchini, add sour cream, pepper and, of course, herbs.
This fragrant composition.
Finely chop the parsley or dill (whatever you prefer), add to the zucchini.
