Pie "Speckles". This recipe was told to me, an American pastry chef, is an analogue of the Russian version of the pie "Zebra". It turns out very tasty, tender, moderately sweet! You can optionally cut in half and fluff with any cream, but I like to eat it. Pleasant viewing!
