Recipes for homemade ketchup very much, but I offer you my version, maybe someone will like it=))

Pepper wash, wipe and put in the preheated oven for baking at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Tomatoes, we scald them in boiling water, remove the skins.
Cut into arbitrary pieces, put in a pan with a thick bottom and put on medium heat.
Roasted red pepper put in a bowl and tightly cover with cling film, leave for 5-10 minutes.
Onion cut coarsely and add to the tomatoes. Simmer on small heat for about an hour. I took a red onion - white onion (4 PCs) and one red for color.
Remove the skin, stalk and seeds and is also added to the tomatoes.
When everything comes to a boil, diminish the heat to low and ovarium two times for 3 hours, covering with a lid.
Prepare bundles of parsley and Basil.
Cooked mass wipe through the secondary sieve.
The remaining major part of the vegetables grind in a blender.
For spicy ketchup, I used these spices.
Mix the vegetable puree and tomato juice, put on low heat, add the spices, salt, sugar, vinegar and tufts of greenery. Cook, without covering, for about 2 hours.
Again wipe through the secondary sieve.
Arrange in the sterilized jars, close tightly with lids and wrap it up until cool.
