Cutlets from minced meat mixed in aromatic breadcrumbs, turn out very juicy and tender.

Kuru wash, the meat separated from the bones, pork also wash and cut into small pieces. Onions and garlic are clear. A loaf of bread to soak in water, squeeze it and all grind in a meat grinder.

Roll them in breadcrumbs, then in eggs and again in breadcrumbs.
Fry the meatballs in sunflower oil on both sides until Golden brown.
