Chicken necks braised with tomatoes

This is a recipe my dad. He often prepares the cervix, but I've always turned it down... don't understand how you can have the NECK. Have been stupid. In one remarkable day for lunch with nothing but the necks were not... had to try and I tasted and realized HOW DELICIOUS it is! I want to share with You the recipe, hope you also really like.
Ingredients for Chicken necks braised with tomatoes
- Neck chicken - 500-700 g
- Broth - 1 Cup.
- Black pepper
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Tomato - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken necks braised with tomatoes
Well my chicken neck and dried with a paper towel.
RUB with salt and pepper to taste.
Tomatoes cut in, then we scald with boiling water and dip in cold water to remove the skin.
Two tomatoes grate on a coarse grater.
One tomato cut into small pieces.
Mix in a bowl the grated and chopped tomatoes, squeeze out the garlic and add seasoning "Italian herbs" to taste.
In a skillet fry the neck, as to appear the crust, add the broth and simmer 25-30 minutes.
When the cervix becomes soft, add to it tomato sauce and simmer for another 25 minutes.
