Ingredients for Chowder Alaska
- Broth - 2 l
- Milk - 200 ml
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 2 PCs
- Bow white - 1 piece
- Bacon - 150 g
- Canned fish - 2 the ban.
- Tabasco - 1 tsp.
- Greens
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Chowder Alaska

Potatoes, carrots, peppers and onions cut into very small cubes, celery - thin slices. The bacon chop.
