The meat is thinly cut and properly beat off with a hammer.

Fry the meat on both sides in butter (3-4 minutes per side).

Bananas, peel, cut lengthwise, then in half.

Bananas, roll in flour, dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

Sauté bananas in butter until Golden brown (if after frying meat remained fat, you can fry the bananas in it).

Make the sauce: mix the cream, horseradish and egg yolks, season with salt and pepper, add 2 pinches of sugar.
