This recipe was given to me from my grandmother-Cossack. Who loves spicy, he will appreciate the taste of eggplant.
Ingredients for Eggplant "Blue Cossack"
- Eggplant - 3-4 PCs
- Pepper - 3 PCs
- Onion - 5 PCs
- Garlic - 9 tooth.
- Salt
- Vegetable oil - 0,5 stack.
- Vinegar - 0,5 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggplant "Blue Cossack"

Boil the eggplant for 10 minutes (important not to tenderize them). Drain and allow to cool.
