Simple fish cakes. Very tender and tasty.
Ingredients for Cutlets of salmon
- Salmon - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Butter - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Bread crumbs
- Salt
- Sunflower oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Cutlets of salmon

Salmon separated from the skin.

Cut the salmon into small pieces.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes.

All together, grind in a blender. (I did parts immersion blender). Add the egg. Again mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Butter cut into cubes.

In a plate pour the breadcrumbs.

Shape the cutlets. Inside each add a piece of butter.

Coat cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry until Golden brown.
