Recently I acquired a steamer and do not get tired to rejoice this useful device! And dumplings in it is delicious, and the cakes, about the vegetables from the steamer and I'm not going to say it they are mega useful! And here's the cheese "casserole" with broccoli, with cashew nuts, sun-dried tomatoes - also good!

- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Cashews - 40 g
- Sundried tomatoes - 3 PCs
- Semolina - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Curd - 200 g

For this dish we need, lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper.
Broccoli florets thawed and finely chop. Slice it finely and sun-dried tomatoes. Cashew dry 2-3 minutes in the microwave and coarsely chop. I like it when the nut is felt, so I simply broke the nuts into halves. Nut surely add to the casserole – it gives a pleasant taste to the dish.
All these add to the eggs and stir.
Add the cheese, a tablespoon of semolina and stir well. If you want, punch the curd is pre-blender.
