Step by step instruction of cooking Carrot cakes with cream cheese
As promised, everything is simple. Mix cottage cheese with milk and olive oil. Punching blender.
Add salt, sugar, grated on a fine grater carrots. Better, of course, that the carrots were sweet. Since there is little sugar, the sweet carrot gives sweetness to the bread. Mix well with a spoon.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Add the flour gradually. You may need a different amount of flour. It all depends on the humidity of cottage cheese. The mixture should be slightly sticky. Let this not discourage you. Do not hammer too it flour. Once again mix everything.
With a spoon divide mixture into 8 pieces and with wet hands form the cakes. I did that right in the hands. Place the scones on baking paper or a silicone Mat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
