Ingredients for Lasagna with pumpkin and sun-dried tomatoes
- Pumpkin - 600 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Milk - 300 ml
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 50 g
- Lasagna - 8 PCs
- Sundried tomatoes - 10 PCs
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Lasagna with pumpkin and sun-dried tomatoes

Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes.

Sun-dried tomatoes to chop.
Preheat a frying pan to pour oil from sun-dried tomatoes and sauté a little onion, garlic, pumpkin and tomatoes.
Then pour a little boiling water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
