This is a dish I make regularly at weekends - very convenient during the week to give children for Breakfast with honey, condensed milk and sour cream. Besides, all without oil!

- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Leavening agent - 0.5 tsp.
- Coconut shavings - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Curd - 0.5 kg
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheesecakes with coconut baked and frozen
Prepare the products.
Combine the flour, cheese, sugar, eggs, baking powder, coconut and knead thick dough. Leave it for 10 minutes to ensure that products met and became friends.
Bake 10 minutes at 200 degrees, and then keep under the grill for 3 minutes. If there is no grill, you can simply flip the cakes to brown on the other side.
Let cool, put in container, close with cling film and freeze. It remains only to pull them out, thaw, heat in the oven, microwave or who loves fried, fry in butter in a frying pan.
