Khorosh badenjan. The husband was taught to cook this dish. Like all of our family. Simple to prepare, but very tasty. The name can be translated as braised meat with eggplant.
Ingredients for Good bademjan
- Eggplant - 2-3 PCs
- Meat - 500 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - One
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Egg white - One
Step by step instruction of cooking Good bademjan
Peel and slice eggplant. Grate the egg white (this is necessary in order for frying they had not absorbed much vegetable oil).
