Delicious chocolate cake with a very delicate, creamy cheesecake with a spicy sour raspberries with a chocolate cap. Don't pass it by.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Cake "Chocolate raspberry"


Step 1

Beat eggs with sugar, add flour, baking powder and cocoa, stir and put in molds. Bake until cooked temperature of 180-200g.


Step 2

Whip the cream in a lush foam,add the sugar. Add cream cheese(I took "Almette" cream). Beat a few seconds on low speed to combine cheese and cream.


Step 3

When cake has cooled, cut each in half.


Step 4

Raspberries (I have frozen) grind sugar in a blender.
On one half apply the cream, then spoon the berries and the cream again.


Step 5

Cover with the other half.


Step 6

Chocolate to melt, add the cream. And liberally cover the cakes.
