Step by step instruction of cooking Sauteed eggplant with apples
Eggplant cut into cubes, prisolit.
Onion, bell pepper cut into half rings.
Apples cut into large slices (each Apple into 6 parts).
Onion and carrot pripuskayut in a small amount of vegetable oil and put into a container for cooking saute.
