Carrots wash, peel, grate.
Apple wash (I cleaned from skin), grate, and add to the carrots, mix well.
Dressing: peel the ginger, cut into pieces and grind in a blender with the walnuts. Transfer to a bowl, pour the oil, lemon juice and honey. Mix well.
Refill our salad. Bon appetit!
