It is a preparation for those who are watching their figure, but still loves to have a delicious Breakfast or snack. Wonderful crispy crisps, consisting only of healthy ingredients, prepared without fat or eggs. A template for such krespov you can (and should! about in the recipe) and store in the freezer, taking out and using as much as you are ready to eat. Ingredients for Morning crisps
- Flour - 1 3/4 stack.
- Oat flakes - 1/2 stack.
- Soda - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 1/2 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- Yogurt - 2 stack.
- Brown sugar - 1/4 Cup.
- Honey - 1/4 Cup.
- Raisins - 1 Cup.
- Walnuts - 1/2 stack.
- Pumpkin seeds - 1/2 stack.
- Sesame - 1/4 Cup.
- Seeds - 1/4 Cup.
- Sunflower seeds - 1/4 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Morning crisps
Preheat the oven to 180*C.
Form for baking grease or line a rimmed baking paper.
I used 8 of muffin molds with a volume of 150 ml. the easiest thing to do in a rectangular shape (or shapes) cake pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, soda, spices and salt. Add yogurt, brown sugar and honey, stir. Then add raisins, nuts, sesame and sunflower seeds, stir.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan or ramekins, leaving 2-3 cm to the edge because the dough rises well.
Bake for 20-35 minutes (depending on size) until dry toothpick.
Let "muffins" cool slightly and then remove them from the forms. Leave to cool to room temperature. Then put it in a bag or zakryvaya tight container and put in the freezer for at least 45 minutes or up to several months. This cooling will help us to cut thin slices for krispos.
Preheat the oven to 120*C. the Pan (or pans, if you cook everything at once) vystelit baking paper.
"Cupcakes" slice as thin slices as possible and place in a single layer on a baking sheet/tray.
Send in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then flip each slice and another 10 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
