The products that we need.
Apples peel and cut into slices. Bananas cut into thin rings or slices.
Take the puff pastry (I have the size of the test was 38 to 27 cm), cut three strips in width of 1-1,5 cm and four wide strips of 3-4 cm
The dough remaining after cutting the strips, will be the basis of the pie. Grease it with jam (jam or preserves), leaving the edges 3 cm
Spread the sliced banana.
Cover the sliced Apple.
Make a grid of strips, well attach them to the test.
Wide strips of 3-4 cm cut from two sides as in the photo.
Lay strips on pie with four sides and very well pressed.
Greased pie with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the oven at t=180-200C.
