The recipe for this cake I found in the net for a few years. Did it repeatedly with different dried fruit (and mixtures thereof). And every time a new taste.
Ingredients for Cake "classic"
- Chicken egg - 5-6 PCs
- Sugar - 1.5 stack.
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
- Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
- Sour cream - 600-700 g
- Nuts - 2 stack.
- Dried fruits - 350 g
- Gelatin - 1 Pach.
- Water - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "classic"

Now prepare the cream. Whisk sour cream with sugar. Add to it pre-soaked and cooled gelatin. (prepare the gelatine according to the instructions on the package, but water to get 100 ml).

Dried fruits to be soaked in hot water for 10-15 minutes. After you wash them a little squeeze and cut into pieces (not too finely). Nuts grind (but not to turn them into crumbs!) 0.5 table to leave for decoration.
