Grind SL. the butter with the sugar, add the egg, vanilla and mix well. Stir in cocoa, salt, flour (start with 2 tbsp and add another 1/2 tbsp. if needed), baking powder and knead the dough. Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
An hour later probility the table with flour and remove dough from the refrigerator, roll it into a rectangular formation. Better divide the dough into several pieces - so it will be easier to work with. Cut with cookie cutter rectangles if there is no form, then using the ruler and knife to cut rectangles.
Using a wide knife to move the biscuits on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake cookies 7-9 minutes Cookies out of the oven it will be soft, allow to cool and then transfer from baking sheet.
Cover the cookies with white and dark chocolate. Melt white chocolate and dip half of the cookies (to dip only the front part of the cookie). Immediately sprinkle with almonds, pistachios, etc. to do Exactly the same with dark chocolate. Give the liver to dry out.
