Slice the eggplants, potatoes, tomatoes slices, pepper strips, parsley and onions finely.
In a saucepan put the duplicate layers: potatoes-->beans--> fries-->bow-->per EC-->tomatoes-->onion ->eggplant, etc.
Each layer to salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs, pour a little vegetable oil. Pour a little water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
At the end sprinkle the sliced garlic on the edges of the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
This side dish complements any meat.
