Ingredients for Gratin of cauliflower with cheese
- Cauliflower - 1 kg
- Bow white - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Tomato - 4 PCs
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cheese - 200 g
- Pepper white
Step by step instruction of cooking Gratin of cauliflower with cheese
Cabbage divided into florets. Boil in boiling water for about 10 minutes, drain the water.
Chop with a knife very finely.
Cut the peppers and onion, chop the garlic. Mix with cabbage.
Lightly beat the eggs, mix with vegetables. Crumble the cheese (a little for garnishing), add Basil (oregano, thyme or other favorite herbs), all mix well. Put into a form, lubricated with oil.
On top lay the sliced tomatoes, season with salt and brush with olive oil. Put into the oven at 180 degrees until Golden brown.
