Soak gelatin in 400 ml of hot water. In that case, if the gelatin is completely dissolved, strain it through cheesecloth.
Then add the water sugar, stir until it is completely dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Then add the resulting solution of the sour cream, stir well.
On the bottom of the jelly (it will be nice if you use a transparent form, for example, glasses) put a layer of pomegranate seeds, pour the jelly mixture (a small volume - 20 ml).
Put to harden in refrigerator for 2 hours, then pour the rest of mixture.
After 2 hours, remove again and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
