Step by step instruction of cooking Plum marmalade with red wine and cinnamon
Plum wash, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Add the vanilla sugar and jelly, stir and cook after boiling for 4 minutes. Take the pan off from the heat, add the wine and cinnamon. In sterilized jars to pour the jam and close the lid. Put upside down.
I did 2 servings of jam and one added 1 bar of dark chocolate.
