Ingredients for Chinese spring rolls with rice and mushrooms
- Rice paper - 12 PCs
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Cabbage - 150 g
- Figure - 100 g
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 8 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 1-2 tooth.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Chinese spring rolls with rice and mushrooms
For making rolls I use the rice Japonica. To cook rice I prefer in a double boiler, but you can in the usual way. Rice wash thoroughly, fill with water and cook until soft.
Clean the mushrooms and finely chop. Then olive oil and fry the garlic, add the mushrooms and soy sauce.
Finely shinkuem cabbage and bell pepper, add them to the fried mushrooms and fry all together for about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the prepared rice. The stuffing is ready
Spread the filling (1 tbsp. spoon, and more) on the lower part of the leaf, fold the pancake once neatly tucked edge, then roll like a normal roll.
Beat the egg with salt and pepper, dip each roll and fry in a well heated frying pan (in a little olive oil) on all sides until Golden brown.
