This recipe I read many years ago in the book of Lithuanian author J. Guinane "Grandma's treats" in the recipe is nothing special, just ordinary cakes, but I liked how they are served. Now I do them just so, very comfortable, sat in front of the TV, and as "seeds", not even notice as you eat. )))

Step by step instruction of cooking Syrnichki
Cheese beat eggs, stir.
Add salt, sugar, flour, knead the dough to form a cushion, if flour is not enough, add more.
From this mass formed by the roller, cut it into pieces with a length of 3-4 cm (sides cut obliquely).
The resulting pieces fry in oil until Golden brown.
Ready syrnichki spread on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon APPETIT!
