Spicy bulgur "Hello from Turkey"

My nine year old daughter is very fond of Turkish cuisine. Recently arrived from Turkey, so not much missed her, and prepared this dish. Great as a side dish (especially the fish), and as a separate dish for vegetarians and fasting people. BULGUR (processed wheat) - cereal with a predominance of YANG energy, and therefore helping to lose weight.

Serve as separate dish or as a side dish (perfect to fish).
