Pears cut into quarters, remove twigs and midway. The skin is cleansed.
Preheat the pan, pour in it 120 grams of sugar. When the sugar melts, put the pan on the pears and let them sacramentarians from all sides.

Almond grind in a blender into flour. The pods of cardamom and crush, to remove the grain and lightly crush them (I used ground cardamom about half a teaspoon).
Connect the remaining sugar and 150 gr of butter and mix on low speed.
