I have to say, cooked a Turkey for the first time, so experts, please do not throw Slippers.
Take our Turkey (I had meat with lower leg and brisket), cut into small pieces. Fry for 10 minutes in a small amount of oil.
Add salt, pepper, and stir-fry for about 10 minutes.
Onion peel and cut into half rings, I had big onions, so I cut a little less. Fry until until onions are transparent.
Now add the mushrooms (I had frozen), fry it all 7-10 minutes.
Now it is the turn of sour cream, add it to the mixture.
This yummy stew for 20-25 minutes under a lid, stirring occasionally.
As a garnish I used rice. Spread it on a plate.
