- Fish - 400 g
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Celery root - 125 g
- Broccoli - 90 g
- Flakes cereal - 10 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish casserole with potatoes and celery
Peel the potatoes and cook until tender. Drain the water.
Eggs slightly vzbit with sour cream, add salt, pepper, broccoli and rye flakes. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.
Pike perch fillet cut into small pieces and arrange on top of egg-vegetable mass.
Potatoes pound into a coarse puree.
Add grated on a coarse grater cheese, grated celery and a pinch of nutmeg.
Mix well and distribute mashed potatoes on top of fish.
Cover the casserole with foil sheet and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180*. Then remove foil and leave in the oven for 10 more minutes to the top flushed.
