"Dumplings" - this dish is quite versatile – it can be used independently, or as a Supplement to the main dish. I suggest you make dumplings out of rice and pumpkin.

Boil the rice until soft in salted water.
Add missing through a meat grinder raw pumpkin.
Mix everything and pour the milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then cook on a medium heat for about 15 minutes.
A pot of porridge cover tightly with a lid, leave for 20-25 min Then in cereal to introduce raw egg, grated on a fine grater cheese and mix thoroughly.
To take this mass moistened with water with a spoon and drop into boiling water. Surfaced dumplings remove with a slotted spoon.
Serve with vegetable oil.
These dumplings will be a great addition to pumpkin soup.
