Ingredients for Apple pie roll
- Flour - 500 g
- Sugar - 220 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Butter - 200 g
- Sour cream - 3-5 tbsp
- Orange zest
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Curd - 250 g
- Apple - 6-7 PCs
- Cinnamon - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple pie roll
Sift the flour with the baking powder, add sugar, CL. butter, eggs, zest and juice of orange or lemon. Knead the dough, put 3 tbsp of sour cream if the mixture is too steep, add another 2 tbsp of sour cream, if sticky, add flour.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one part add cocoa and mix well. Leave the dough to rest for 30 min.
Then each piece of dough divided into 2 parts.
One part white dough roll out on paper and with paper to transfer to the form.
For cottage cheese filling 250 g cottage cheese mixed with sugar, egg and vanilla. Now roll the dark dough and fluff curd.
