- Lemon juice - 250 ml
- Granulated sugar - 125 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Lemon granite

In a separate container, boil water, add sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. The resulting syrup to cool. Add the lemon juice, all mix thoroughly, put in the freezer.

When the consistency will resemble slightly melted snow, granite is ready!
