Ingredients for Croquettes with rice and fruit
- Apple - 1 piece
- Drain - 2 PCs

- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - Fifty
- Bread crumbs - 70 g
- Vegetable oil - 200-300 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Croquettes with rice and fruit
While the rice is cooking, chop up fruit and add powdered sugar. Fruit powder mix well and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
The rice is cooked, give it a good cool down.
To rice, add fruit, mix well. Form the portioned balls.
Each ball alternately, dip in flour, then in beaten eggs, then turn the crackers.
Fry in well heated oil or deep-fried until Golden brown
Before serving the croquettes are ready to pour the sauce from the fruit.
