It's a recipe for caviar, which was prepared by my aunt, and now me. Nothing special, but in our family this caviar very much. The recipe can be used for harvesting. Ingredients for Caviar squash
- Zucchini - 450 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic - 1-2 tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Caviar squash
For cooking need very little food.
All the vegetables wash, clean and grind. You can use the grinder, I use blender.
The bow is also in a blender.
Shred the carrots.
I do everything in the cauldron – the less likely it is that will burn. Pour a little vegetable oil and put chopped zucchini.
Onion fry until transparent in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
