The author of the recipe - the famous actor Ugo Tognazzi. Seeing these pink butterflies, wanted, prigotovit them. Loved it. The beet sauce that gives the butterfly the color pink, can be used not only for pasta. Buon appetito!
Ingredients for Farfalle fuxia-pink butterfly
- Pasta - 300 g
- Beets - 2 PCs
- Olive oil - 5 tbsp
- Butter - 30 g
- Dry white wine - 1 Cup.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Lemon juice
- Parmesan - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Farfalle fuxia-pink butterfly
Fine chop the onion and fry it in olive oil and butter. Then pour the wine and let it slightly evaporate.
Boiled beets RUB on a grater. Add the beets to the onions, season with salt and pepper and saute a couple of minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Grind in a blender beets, add lemon juice and cream as needed to get a nice rich color.
In boiling water cook Farfalle according to instructions
Ready to mix the Farfalle with the sauce and season with Parmesan.
