Frittata with salmon, sweet pepper and leek

Frittata is a traditional Italian scrambled eggs or an omelet with many and varied additives. From our usual scrambled eggs it is characterized in that first fried in a pan, and then brought to readiness in the oven. Try my autumn version :)
Ingredients for Frittata with salmon, sweet pepper and leek
- Salmon - 250 g
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Leek - 0,5 PCs
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Cream - 100 ml
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Sage - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Frittata with salmon, sweet pepper and leek

In vegetable oil fry the sliced leek with the garlic and sage leaves.

Add the chopped red pepper, sauté another 3 minutes.

Cut the salmon into large cubes, mix with the roasted vegetables and spread in a greased baking dish (I 26х20 cm).
***For quick cooking here I retreated a little from the Italian technology***

Beat eggs with cream, add the grated Parmesan, pepper and salt, mix well. Pour on top of the form.

Bake in a preheated 200*C oven for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. Bon appetit! :)
