My sweet tooth again, knock on spoons and require continuation of the Banquet. Today I chose cookies based on hazelnuts and blackcurrant jelly. Definitely minimimum one cook Larisa (Kleine Hase") - fan nut - baking these cookies, I'm sure you will like it.

Flour, ground hazelnuts, seasoning, Lebkuchen and sugar mix. (The flour is desirable to sift).

Roll out the dough 4 mm thick and using cookie cutters with diameter 7 cm cut out circles (15 pieces), put on a baking tray covered with baking paper and pierce each slice with a fork. On each circle put edible plate on top with a diameter of 5 cm.

Again from the remaining dough cut out 15 circles 7 cm in diameter, put on each slice with a plate on top of another circle. And using molds with a diameter of five inches at the top of the circles we cut out the middle and remove the excess dough to make a small "wells".

Berry jelly stir well. I had the wrong jelly :-D or Rather, I had a jam, and the filling was covered with a film during baking. Therefore, I will take the next time you need jelly.
