A very unusual salad, but we liked it very much. Green base can be any. I took valerianic one is really my favorite green salad. Goes with arugula or lettuce. All the zest of mushrooms and berries.

First, mix the berries with the juice of one orange and sugar and leave to boil on a good fire for about 4 minutes.
Put to cool.
Cut champignons large slices and mix gently with the juice of half an orange, maple syrup, soy sauce, oil (I used olive), salt, pepper to taste. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes, then mix the mushrooms, cranberry in syrup together.
Wash and dry the salad.
Spread on salad with mushrooms and cranberries and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
