Canapés "Bee"

Small, miniature sandwiches with the manufacturer in the form of "Bees" - it was adults and kids!!! Moreover, filling these canapés can be varied: cheese, garlic, and chopped mushrooms with onions, and any food with mayonnaise and egg, and sweet curds, and, like me, chicken liver with egg, herbs and butter!

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Canapés "Bee"

Step 1

Chicken liver boil in salted water with a Bay leaf and pepper.

Step 2

The liver can be mashed with a fork I shredded in a blender.
Egg RUB on a small grater, finely chopped herbs. Add the softened butter, mayonnaise and mix well. Taste for salt, if needed, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Around so cut the bread. Pieces of bread can be a bit dry on a dry pan and RUB with garlic (depends what will be the top).

Step 4

Bread impose paste and decorate with black olives and chips as pictured. Beautiful and original! Eat! Delicious!
