My husband loves seafood, and here, once again, had to come up with something new! The recipe I found in the Internet, the result was simply stunning! Try it and you will not regret it!

Ingredients for Octopus in white wine
- Octopus - 500 g
- Olive oil - 70 ml
- Garlic - 4-5 tooth.
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Dry white wine - 150 ml
- Peanuts - 50 g
- Coriander - 1-2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 3-4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Octopus in white wine
Defrost the octopus at room temperature. Rinse under warm running water.
Garlic to chop.
Octopus mix with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and spices. Cup cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Onion cut into half rings.
On a heated pan put the squid, fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add 1 tbsp olive oil and onions.
When the onion is browned, add the crushed peanuts and white wine. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Sliced cubes of bread fried in butter.
Serve with croutons.
