- Leek - 100 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 120 g
- Sunflower oil
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie "Autumn whim"
Now the stuffing. Leeks cut. The pan pour sunflower oil and put in onions.
On a coarse grater grate the pumpkin and add to the onions. Fry for 10-15 minutes with an open lid, evaporate the liquid.
Stuffing transfer to a plate to cool. Then add salt, pepper, egg and cream cheese. Mix well.
Remove dough from refrigerator, roll it and put into a form. Prick in several places with a fork. Put the filling, smooth. And put bake in preheated oven until tender about forty minutes.
