Step-by-step instruction of cooking Mini-loaves


Step 1

The serum is warm, add the sugar and yeast.
Sift flour with salt.
Gradually add the flour. May take less or more flour as all flour is different!
It took me 320 g.


Step 2

Knead the dough is soft in consistency, but slightly stick to hands. A bowl lightly greased with vegetable oil, put the dough.
Wrap. Let the dough an hour to come.


Step 3

After an hour the dough has increased in size.


Step 4

Work surface sprinkle with flour. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
From each side to make a cake.
To roll the roulade.


Step 5

Put the rolls on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.
Leave for proofing for about 30 minutes.
Then lubricate lightly with milk, optional sprinkle with sesame seeds.


Step 6

Put to bake the loaves in a pre heated oven.
Bake at 180C for 25 minutes, until Golden brown.
